Bridgette and Tshepo Motsepe were born into an enterprising family during the apartheid era when black people were not allowed to possess mining rights or hold a mining license. Her parents had to combat unjust rules against businessmen, which laid the groundwork for Bridgette and her family’s attitude toward economic activism.
Tshepo Motsepe is a South African physician and entrepreneur. As the wife of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Tshepo is the country’s, First Lady. Bridgette Radebe is her older sister, and Patrice Motsepe is her brother.
